All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be fulfilled the next business day.

We currently ship within New Zealand only. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us — we’re always looking to expand.

Domestic (NZ): 1–3 business days
Australia: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, production plant break down or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and chosen delivery method. Orders over $99 may qualify for free shipping.
