A. Please see the package and read the label on the bottles. SHROOMILK contains mushroom juice and liquid extract and Coconut’s MCT oil (C8, C10). Other ingredients include Sunflower lecithin (non-GMO), sweetener (Allulose, Stevia), Calcium Carbonate, and Himalayan Salt.

We cultivate and use fresh mushrooms, including Hericium novae-zealandiae, Pleurotus djamor, Pleurotus ostreatus, Auricularia novo zealandica, and Lentinula edodes (Cultivated and processed in our farm in Kumeu, New Zealand).
